Here is another set of coats. Ellie is wearing Blu Pony Vintage Flora F. coat – love all that fur! Alice’s Rochester coat is by the French brand Bleu Comme Gris. I love how it looks like a cape because of it’s shape. Alice has been complaining that it’s itchy though, so I try to give her something with tall collar to wear underneath and protect her sensitive neck, like this Persnickety Betty top with cowl neckline of soft lace. Both girls are wearing the same Painted Hearts velvet skinny jeans by Paper Wings. Ellie’s fur boots are from Zara. They are pretty old, a hand-me-down from Alice. Alice’s brown leather boots are Larisa2 by Petasil.

For a trip to the zoo we wore somewhat equestrian style. Ellie is wearing Quilted Vest in tan and Plaid Ponte pants by Janie and Jack from their English Rider collection. Her puffer sleeve top is Persnickety Shoe Applique tee. Shoes are Joyfolie Harlow in brown with cream pleats and black bows. Alice has all pieces by different designers on. Her Persnickety ruffle sleeve tee is from Pretty in Pink collection with the Audrey Hepburn quote ‘I Believe in PINK’. Over it Alice has a Blu Pony Vintage plaid light jacket on, Lenora H. style. Her quilted tan skirt is from Derby Darling collection by Janie and Jack. Fur brown boots are Larisa2 by Petasil.

Black is for Black Friday. Swing coat in pin houndstooth pattern on Ellie is Amelia E. jacket by Blu Pony Vintage. Ellie is wearing it with Persnickety double lace leggings and PePe black suede boots. Alice’s Blake coat in polka dot is by A.Bird, which she’s wearing with Gap basic leggings and UGG Cardy knit cable boots.

Alice is wearing Blu Pony Vintage Natalie B. dress (current collection) in Winter Gray with Joyfolie Maci Gray Boots and Ewers knee high socks. Love the little mouse hiding in the pocket of the dress! Ellie’s complete outfit from head to toe is Mini Boden, including the short suede boots in Vintage Rose.

Sorry for the quality of this photo – I could only catch girls at the dusk, but I really wanted to show this gorgeous Blu Pony Vintage Greta G. dress on Alice (who knows when she’ll wear it again with weather getting colder). We matched the small flowers of Alice’s dress with the floral pattern of Poppy dress by Persnickety for Ellie.

I love how Ellie’s top closes on the back, and how Alice’s dress drapes when she sits down.

My rural girls! Alice’s dress is Lynn F. in Salmon Stripe by Blu Pony Vintage. Her boots are PePe Prairies in faded brown. I don’t know what brand is the hat – it doesn’t have tags. Ellie’s dress is Siaomimi Lavender Freedom. Her head handkerchief is from Naartjie. Gold Pio Pio shoes by Livie and Luca.

I love vintage looking dresses! Dropped waist Zara dress that Alice is wearing looks like it came straight from the 1930s. We wore Matilda Jane Popcorn headband low and wide to add to that 1930s flare. The cream flower clip/pin is by Persnickety. Her lace shoes are by Unionbay. Ellie is wearing a stunning Blu Pony Vintage Dorothy L. dress with Persnickety Cream bloomers from Apple Blossom collection. Her pink flower hair clip is by Persnickety. Joyfolie Adele shoes.

Blu Pony Vintage floral party dress seems to blend well with Apple Blossom collection from Persnickety. The dress is called Dorothy L, and Alice is wearing it with Zara Leather Ballerina flats in pink and Persnickety Vintage pink headband. Ellie is wearing Persnickety Peplum Lou Lou top and Cream Floral Mae shorts. She’s accessorized with a Creamsicle headband from the same Persnickety collection, and her shoes are Livie and Luca pink Petals.

On Father’s Day girls were excited to wear colors and patterns to honor Dad (and it’s my favorite palette too). Alice’s dress is Blu Pony Vintage Clara B. in Copper Plaid. She’s wearing Ellie’s Daydreamer Big Ruffles by Matilda Jane underneath. She has a pair of these pants in her size as well, but we didn’t want ‘pant with dress’ look this time, so we needed something shorter. A stretchy waistband allows her to wear much smaller sizes of that style comfortably. That way we visually created an additional layer of the dress, and these pants protect Alice from an accidental underwear flash, giving her the freedom of movement. Her light blue headband is Persnickety Fairy Dust from Sail Away collection, and the shoes are Joyfolie Kats. Ellie has a mix of brands in her outfit as well. Wrapping her head is Matilda Jane Popcorn headband from Serendipity collection. It has long ties on the back that are hanging like a scarf – love it! Her top is Hotline Anna from a very old Matilda Jane line of 2009. Persnickety Bloomers in cream are from Apple Blossom collection. PePe suede Mary Janes in Star Print for the shoes.
