Bright fuchsia day. Ellie: Eliane et Lena Pat Fuchsia dress with Oxford Street Eva tights in Choco/Fushia, also by the same french designer, and Gap hat. The shoes are PePe Mary Janes in Star Print. Alice: Mini Boden outfit of Everyday T-shirt in Blood Orange/Cerise stripe, matching Fine Stripe tights (those were sold in packs of 2 together with teal tights), and Washed Velvet shorts in Mid Grey. Her bow boots are Joyfolie Maci Gray. She has fuchsia flower clip in her hair, also by Joyfolie.

Back to Persnickety! I truly love this brand and if only I had a bigger budget for clothing I would buy every single piece from each collection. Alice’s Picnic dress is from Sail Away collection, as well as Ellie’s Double Ruffle Bell pants. Her dress/tunic is Lou Lou in Gray Dot from Bo Peep collection. Alice’s headband is Box Pleated by Persnickety. Ellie’s feather hair clip is M2M. Livie and Luca yellow Petals for girls’ feet.

Alice is in the Pinwheel Trapeze top and Daydreamer Big Ruffles from It’s A Wonderful Parade collection by Matilda Jane. Alice’s headband and Ellie’s Chelsea dress are from an older MJ collection called House of Clouds. Ellie’s headband is called 1st Day of Spring by Matilda Jane Platinum. Livie and Luca pink Petals for Ellie, and yellow for Alice.

It’s Mother’s Day, and I allowed myself to be included for such occasion. Girls are wearing Janie and Jack. Alice – Crab & Seahorse Poplin dress in coral. Ellie is wearing Crab & Seahorse Poplin top and matching leggings. Her bow shoes are by Janie and Jack as well. Alice’s shoes are Oshkosh striped loafers and her headband is Cecily by Persnickety.

I matched Ellie’s Blue Ribbon leggings from Matilda Jane‘s It’s A Wonderful Parade collection to Alice’s Reflection Puffer tee from Paint by Numbers collection, and combined their solid sky blue colors with patterned pieces. Ellie’s dress is Kentucky Blue Pearl and her headband is Splatter, both from Paint by Numbers line, as well as Alice’s Nancy in Burgundy headband. Alice’s skirt is Count On Me from Heart Soul Pride / Character Counts collection. Both girls are wearing Livie and Luca Petals.

I admit, I have a weakness for gray/neutral palette, kinda Les Miserables style… That Eliane et Lena Atsuko dress on Ellie I would get in every size for years to come – I absolutely adore it! She’s wearing it with Colibri Beige tights and long sleeve matching top, also by Eliane et Lena. PePe suede Mary Janes in Star Print. Alice is wearing Deux par Deux layered look dress with matching leggings from their London Pulse collection. PePe Mary Janes in Antique Bronze.

Girls are wearing Deux par Deux black and white striped dresses, Alice’s with a Bow, and Ellie’s with Fake Cardi. With her dress Alice is wearing Desigual Perdiguero Violet leggings, and Ellie – Kenzo Blueberry and Fuchsia tights. Livie and Luca Navy Patent Blossom shoes on Alice (they are so dark that it looks like black) and Black Patent Roxie boots on Ellie. Alice put on the fingerless gloves by A.Bird.

I love these vibrant stripes in combination with very saddle, almost neutral colors. Both Matilda Jane dresses, Maggie at Tea on Ellie and Chasing Daisy on Alice, plus Alice’s Royal Big Ruffles, are all from Heart Soul Pride / Character Counts collection. Ellie’s Road Trip Bennys leggings are from Matilda Jane Platinum. Girls’ headbands are from Paint by Numbers collection – Splatter headband and Nancy in Burgundy.
