For the fireworks girls switched to a traditional red/white/blue palette. Ellie’s dress called 4th of July Stars and Stripes by Ooh La La Couture. In her hair she has a matching glittery red star barrette, which is from Gymboree. Her navy polka dot shoes with white bows are from Coastal Getaway collection by Janie and Jack. Alice is wearing Persnickety‘s Double Ruffle tee from Basic Whites collection and Double Ruffle jeans. She’s accessorized with Persnickety Red Holiday necklace and the same star hair clip that Ellie has. Her shoes are striped Carter’s loafers.

5/26/14 Memorial Day

For Memorial Day girls wore white, navy, and red. Alice has Bonnie Jean dress on with Oshkosh striped loafers. Ellie’s outfit consists of Janie and Jack white bow top from couple of years ago (Alice’s hand-me-down), and Matilda Jane Firecracker ruffle leggings from Good Hart collection. Her navy polka dot shoes with white bows are from Coastal Getaway collection, which is a more recent Janie and Jack release than the top, but they go together perfectly.

It’s Mother’s Day, and I allowed myself to be included for such occasion. Girls are wearing Janie and Jack. Alice – Crab & Seahorse Poplin dress in coral. Ellie is wearing Crab & Seahorse Poplin top and matching leggings. Her bow shoes are by Janie and Jack as well. Alice’s shoes are Oshkosh striped loafers and her headband is Cecily by Persnickety.

I love this picture – Ellie’s piercing eyes and Alice’s soft smile, very much reflecting their personalities. The beautiful outfits are all Persnickety except Alice’s shrug, which is by Janie and Jack. Ellie is wearing Double Ruffle tee in pink and Script Bloomers from Meadow Dance collection. Her Stella jacket in cream is from Golden Girls collection. Her shoes are Star Print Mary Janes by PePe. Under the shrug Alice has Persnickety Picnic dress in a very cool blueprints pattern and pink Cropped Triple Ruffle leggings. Her headband is Sarah Jane in brown by Persnickety. Michael Kors silver flats for the shoes.

Most of the pieces in these outfits of beautiful ecru and black palette are by Eliane et Lena. Riny dress with Edwina tights on Ellie, and Vignette top with Lola tights on Alice. Alice’s skirt is Shirred Poplin in Chicken and Bunny from Little Wings by Paper Wings. Ellie’s boots are Livie and Luca ankle Roxis and Alice has Joyfolie Kat shoes on. Persnickety Cream & Feather headband for Ellie and Janie and Jack black bow barrette for Alice to complete their outfits.

Another of my favorite outfits. Persnickety Riding pants in grey from Jeweled Forrest collection. They are made of a fine corduroy, very soft and comfortable, with the design that allows for an active child like Alice to move freely, climbing, jumping, dancing and do all the things that kids do on a school playground. The top is Cream Butterfly Lou Lou by Persnickety as well. Cropped throw jacket in cream with faux fur collar is by Janie and Jack. Boots are PePe Prairie in faded brown.
